Link with Members in Your Friend’s Shared Category

1) When you have an indirect link with some one, as Lisa does with Greg in the example shown below, you can send a link request to that person, without having to find (or be found) through PMM search. To request a link to an indirectly linked friend, double click the indirect link symbol "" next to the friend's name in either Detail or Icon view as shown below.

2) The Link window appears as shown below. Click "Send Link Request".

3) The status changes to "Accept" as shown below. Now you wait till Greg accepts your request and at that point you two will be linked. Click "Close" to close Link window.

4) You will also see that the link status for this friend now changes to "RL" Link Request as shown below.
