To Virus Security Users
If you are using SOURCENEXT CORPORATION's Virus Security series for your security software, you might encounter one of these problems.
- Ripplex Address Book quit unexpectedly.
- Unable to quit Ripplex Address Book.
- Keep displaying "Connecting..." in the status bar of Ripplex Address Book.
- CPU usage hangs up near 100%.
If you encountered one of these problems, uninstall Virus Security first and then install the latest version of Virus Security.
Note) If your Virus Security is up to date by automatic update, the problem may not be solved.
