Integration of all scattered contacts

Most likely the contact information you need on a day-to-day basis is scattered and buried in many applications and web services like Outlook, Skype, Yahoo mail, Gmail etc. Ripplex Address Book with its many convenient features allows you to integrate all your scattered information and makes it even easier to use the multitude of communication services available today.

Ripplex has powerful import/ export (CSV Format) functions. Ripplex has flexible import/export wizards that will let you transfer and manipulate all your contact information. Many address books have inflexible import and export function or hard to find export function.

When you import data from multiple sources, you may end up with multiple profiles (or records) for same person. In many tools, it becomes a big chore to keep all such data concise and useful but in Ripplex, you can merge profiles very easily and delete or hide extraneous information, so importing from many sources into Ripplex becomes more practical and useful.

Ripplex allows you to merge two profiles at a time. Many times, you end up with some duplicated information in two profiles for the same friend. Ripplex looks for such information and based on that, will even suggest you the profiles that seem similar to one that you have selected for merge operation!

In Ripplex Icon View, you see all the contact information of your friends along with Skype presence and mood messages as well as Twitter messages. You can launch an application (e.g. Email compose window, Skype call or chat, view map for an address etc.) with a click on an icon. You can also do multiple things at once, for example, check your friend's twitter messages and chat or talk with her using Skype!

A label can be set to each friend’s information just by selecting a preset list. Label can tells you what information it is exactly. You can also make your own labels by choosing Custom.

Grouping the same information with tree view to hide duplicated information. You can drag the item to set your default label.
